What happens when you try? Are you going to webmail or are you using a third party email app? Any error messages?

The advice about signing in is great but why is the link GONE? It shouldn't be this difficult to access e-mail!!
Where was the link you were trying to access? On the Hub [xfinity.com] or somewhere else?
Why not just bookmark your email page when you get there?

Have you recently gotten an email about comcast.net email transitioning to Yahoo! Mail? Did you delete it thinking it was spam?
As well, are you trying to sign in to webmail or using a third party app like Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple/Mac Mail? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what are they?

The "sign-in" icon along the top edge is not for signing into email.

The email pointers are gone from the Xfinity Discovery Hub page, which was how I got to email. Seems that they don't want email used.
