Mail domain is mistakenly blocked for spam.

I manage an e-mail server for a small business, and I now see that its domain is being blocked by Xfinity.

If I try to send e-mail from my personal account from this domain to my home comcast.net account, I get an error response, that says in part:

host mx1.mxge.comcast.net[96.102.157.178] said: 554
5.1.0 192.225.170.83 Comcast block for spam. (in reply to MAIL FROM
    command)

Sending mail to a comcast.net address from any address on that domain generates a similar error message in the mail server logs.

Those error messages started appearing on June 6th.

I tried adding two addresses from this domain to the address book on comcast for my comcast mail, but the mail is still being bounced.

I also tried to disable span filtering in comcast mail advanced settings, but that also did not work.

I tried to turn on the Safe List, and add one or two addresses from that domain, and again that did not work to get mail from that domain through.

I found this help page via a Google seaarch:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/fix-a-554-error

That suggested I could fix this by having the e-mail administrator of my hosting company configure reverse DNS properly. They double-checked and found that reverse DNS was working for my domain, and my testing of reverse DNS for that host also looked good.

What can I do to get my domain off the block list?

@GeoffBForum It appears the IP was sending some questionable content.  I can remove the block.

@XfinityAlex Please do remove the block.

What made you think there was questionable content?

While that domain will send auto-generated e-mails, recipients opt-in to get them, and each e-mail contains a link to manage their preferences so they can stop or pause receiving types they do not want.

The auto-generated e-mail is either a Daily Boxscore/News summary for recipients' fantasy leagues hosted by the site, or transaction notifications concerning leagues a recipient participates in. The one thing that might seem most suspicious is that some leagues have a closed-bid free agent auction that runs weekly, and when that runs sometimes a dozen or more transactions can occur within a minute, each generating their own report e-mail. But I reiterate that people opt in, and can just as easily opt out, of these e-mails.

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues-----------------------

Comcast Customer Security Assurance-------------------

Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week) 1 - 888-565-4329

Also, if you use the Safe list in Comcast email, you would get only mail from the addresses you specifically put on that list.  Nothing else would get to the Inbox.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to reach out and express your concerns. I understand you are having a sudden issue sending emails from your Xfinity address, and it would be my pleasure to help. Are you only experiencing the problem to specific emails, or are all outgoing emails getting this error?

@XfinityVanessa  The problem affects any attempt to send e-mails from the outside domain to a comcast/xfinity address. The comment from @XfinityAlex posted this morning seems to diagnose the issue, and I hope he can resolve it. Thank you for your assistance.
