I am not receiving emails since last Friday. I can not open the individual emails nor can I respond to or create emails. I get a pop up box stating " Server: imap.comcast.net; User Name: [Edited: "Personal Information"]; Pasword: **********" The password I have on my records does not work and I cannot find "change your pasword" so I can create a new one.

Hey there robert_c3. It certainly is frustrating if you are unable to open your mail account. I would be more than happy to assist you. I do have a couple questions to help me better understand. Are you trying to access your Xfinity mail on the Xfinity website, or through a third-party client (ie: Outlook)? When was the last time you were able to access your email?

log in at www.xfinity.com
Click on your account avatar in the upper right hand corner...click on check email.
or
Go to www.xfinity.com/email
and log in there.

How are you trying to access your comcast.net email account? In webmail or a third party email app? Are you getting any error messages when you try?
