Emails to our nonprofit members' email addresses at comcast.net are throttled
I'm the "default" IT guy for a non-profit. We have a membership of about 100 people and send periodic emails about upcoming meetings and other things of interest. We are NOT sending spam or marketing messages.
We recently obtained a new domain name and have been moving email distribution from our secretary's personal email (at gmail) to a secretary@<our domain> address. We have our email hosted at Microsft using a business license. We have properly configured DKIM/SPF and other settings. However, we are still getting throttled

This is only happening with comcast.net addresses. These are important messages; how can we make sure they get through? It seems absurd that moving from a personal gmail address to an official business email at Microsoft would make things worse.
Similar other messages on this board, none of which provide a solution but most turn into DM solutions:

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
