email (newsletters) from a specific vendor not received since March 31, 2023
I stopped receiving (weekly) newsletters from a specific merchant on March 31, 2023. When I asked about this he said I have not unsubscribed and that his tracing shows the emails are being blocked at the comcast server. For the last 5-6 years I have been receiving the newsletters without issue. His mailing list has more than 700 recipients and he told me there are roughly 50 of us being blocked from the emails. I receive many emails a day from other senders.
I conclude that my email account is not "black listed" nor is the vendors email ability, yet here we are. Please check my email account for any blockages. The vendor tells me he has raised this issue with comcast/xfinity but still doesn't have a solution or reason for it.
