Does Xfinity care about disapearing emails???

I had a draft email with a lot of important information that is gone.  It is no longer in my draft and I do not see it in my trash or anywhere else.

Is there any way to recover this? Can xfinity support recover it?  It was in my drafts a few days ago and I regularly make edits to it. Why is it even gone?

I noticed that there are several people who have the same problem.

I posted a question  about this yesterday because it is important to me.
I still have no solution or response from Xfinity....

user_pb3oj8 Hey there! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time to post. We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the missing emails and we are here to see how we can help. Over what platform are your emails missing? Are you using our Xfinity site or a 3rd party service like outlook?

Thanks for confirming! Are you missing any other emails or only a draft message?

It looks like I'm missing mainly 'drafts' now, but remember some regular ones missing in the past.
FYI, I didn't get a notification that your response was posted....
Just happened to check

user_pb3oj8 Sorry about that. It looks like we failed to add your user tag to the last response, so you werent notified. We completely understand how frustrating it is to lose an important draft, and we want to help. Emails and drafts shouldn’t disappear unexpectedly, and we’d like to look into this for you.

If you haven’t already, try checking Webmail on a different device or browser to see if the draft appears. Also, check your Trash, Spam, and Archived folders just in case it was moved.

Thanks. Yes I did do all those actions already. Nothing helped.

What is the next step?
