Good morning @p00204138, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums with your issue. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your email, but you have come to the right place for assistance. You mentioned Yahoo in your post, do you know if you have made the transition of your email address to Yahoo?

If the sender is in your address book, that is supposed to ensure that it goes to the Inbox. Are the emails going to junk contacts that are in your address book?
Hello @user_g49bos, thank you for your comment. @Latoque asked some great questions below. When you have a moment, could you please provide more details for us? Thank you @Latoque

How are you trying to access the email? Using only a browser and the webmail UI? Or a client like Outlook or Thunderbird? The mail app on a phone? What happens when you try to sign into the account?
Why can’t I access my email, [Edited email address]
Never post personal identifying information in a public forum as spammers can "lift" that information. You can edit out your email address by clicking on the three dots on the right of the post and clicking on Edit.
As far as why you can't access your email you don't give us a lot of information to be able to help you. Are you trying to log in to webmail? Are you using a third party email app? Are you getting any error messages and if so what are they?
If you have migrated to Yahoo! Mail you need to log in here https://mail.yahoo.com/ with your @comcast.net credentials.

@user_4ma3pa, we would be happy to help. Could you tell us how you typically check your email? Via our web based portal or through an email client. And also, what are you experiencing when you try to log in to check it. If there is an error message, please provide that message. Thanks!

I have replied to several of your posts trying to help you, but you apparently aren't reading them or getting a notice that we have responded to you.
Check your notifications here for the Forums. Click on the green U in the upper right of one of your posts, then on Profile Settings. Then click on the Notifications & Preferences tab. Make sure the very first entry is turned on [Notification Preferences -----> Email and Platform], then you will get a notification when we respond to your posts. It's not that we aren't trying to help you, you're just not going back to see where we have helped you.
As for your statement regarding changing the log in, besides complaining it would be helpful if you gave us some details. In what way has the log in changed?
If your email has migrated to Yahoo! Mail you would sign in with your @comcast.net credentials here: https://mail.yahoo.com/
Here's a hint. If you can't remember where you posted here on the Forums, and you're having a problem with your email or any other service you've posted about, click on your U in the upper right [or an avatar if you have one] and click on View Profile. Then scroll down and you'll see every place where you made a post. You can then click on that and go to any of your posts.
We are trying to help you.

What kind of trouble are you having? Are you trying to log in to webmail, or using a third party email app? Have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail and are having a problem logging in there? Details would help. We're not sitting in front of your computer or have access to your device[s], so information is helpful.
