Hello, @user_htivjb! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out. Your Xfinity ID password is also your Xfinity email password. This link shows how to reset your password, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password. You also can sign in with your Xfinity ID at the email login page, https://connect.xfinity.com. On the page where you enter your password, there is a purple button that shows "Forgot Password?" where you can also reset it. Please let us know if you are able to get that updated or have additional concerns.

Hi there, @user_svr2p6 Thank you for reaching out. That’s definitely frustrating especially if you’ve relied on your comcast.net email for a long time and suddenly can’t access it. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you able to access your email?-Richard
I have moved from [Edited: "Personal Information"]to [Edited: "Personal Information"]. When I to try open emails on my phone, the majority of my emails I cannot receive. I get a scrolling bar at the top. Sometimes the email will open in about 15-20 minutes. I have Wi-Fi with Endeavor Cloverdale IN. I am a disabled veteran have tried to reset my password with them, and they will send a reset code but the issue is that they would send a reset code with a time limit of 5 minutes to respond. Not always will the email open (sometimes) in about 20 minutes which the VA only gives me 5 minutes to send the code. Please help me fit my problem. My phone is [Edited: "Personal Information"].
Hello, @user_dhkmig besides using Comcast email do you no longer have services with us? Are you going directly to https://connect.xfinity.com to access your mail or a third party like Gmail or Outlook?
