collected addresses delete

Is there some logical reason for this arbitrary download of every email address that spams the Xfinity account?  And why is it that you cannot bulk delete?  Did you run out of money or did you have some self-serving rationale?  So I see that your response is to export them all and then delete the file.  Elementary school kids could have done a better job at addressing the deletion but what brain trust decided to pork up an address book as you have.  Try hiring applications designer who have a brain.

... download of every email address ... cannot bulk delete? ...

If you've read https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/problems-with-appsuite-collected-addresses/669e499f8c8da0745ade0376, you know that they just. don't. care.

So true.  The email platform must have been designed and implemented by first graders.

Could you please let us know what kind of issues you are experiencing with the Xfinity Email service? Are you using our native Xfinity Email web portal or using another third-party application, program, or service to view your Xfinity Email? Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist.

Demitrius, I truly appreciate the offer.  However, when I have asked for help from your "tech support," here is what has occurred:

1.  a Comcast Customer Security Assurance person entered my account and deleted all my filters which I created via the online instructions created supposedly by Comcast developers.  Really - I followed the instructions you put on your web site to help subscribers dilute the mass of spam Comcast seems unable to curb.  I think of that act as an invasion of privacy.

2. a Comcast Customer Security person named May, called out of the blue, was nasty and said she may or may not call me back to reach me - she left no callback number.  She has never returned that call.

3. NOTHING - that is what has been sufficient for Comcast to call "customer service"

So - while I appreciate your offer, I'm done.  Switching to another internet carrier. Xfinity does not care about providing service or a quality product.

Thank you for being at least someone who cares about subscribers and not as a source to drain and ignore.
