Can you please give more information as to why you can't get into your email?  Are you going to webmail or are you accessing it through a third party email app?  What error[s] are you getting?

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to access your email account, herkamo. We'd like to help troubleshoot. Are you using a third-party email client? Or our Xfinity Website to access it?

Can you give us more information?  How are you trying to access your email? though webmail or a third party email app?  Are you getting any error messages?
