Xfinity home cameras talk button

The talk button is not available on all my customers cameras any ideas the app has been uninstalled reinstalled the app is up to date. And the security tab is now the home tab any ideas how to fix customers device is also a Samsung android

Not sure how to resolve this issue but after reaching out to other employees we have found so far that 2024 Samsung devices are the only ones affected by this update

I have a galaxy S20 ultra 5G.  Same problem.   No talk button and the live button is gone as well.

S25 and no talk button here after update. Worked fine before I updated (literally yesterday it was there)

Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Forum, letting us know you are all running into the issue of the missing Talk Button for Xfinity Home through the Xfinity app. I can confirm that the Microphone button missing in the Xfinity Application for Xfinity Cameras on Android devices has been reported as a known issue. Our engineers are aware of this and have been working on a fix.

 

At this time, we do not have a workaround or any temporary solutions. We do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause while we work to get it corrected on the backend. Once we have any updates or feedback to provide regarding this matter, we promise to provide that information here.
