Suggest you provide stores with direct phone numbers
Recently was in search of Pixel phones. There is no way to call a store to ask if they have inventory on-hand. The only phone numbers provided go to a central support line and that line has no visibility into in-store inventory levels. Even the stores don't have visibility into inventory in other stores. That's pretty nuts and is not the case with other vendors.
I get why you may not want to do this for customer support calls, but at least give your customer service folks (or even stores within a state) some kind of visibility into local inventory levels. Not being able to contact a store directly for ANYTHING by phone is pretty frustrating and is not customer friendly.

I want to purchase a phone by going to the xfinity store but there is NO way to get the inventory at the store to find out if it is available. There is not only a phone number, but no email, no texting, and no website with in store inventory. Don't they want my business?

I agree, I have been trying to get a number of some kind, to talk to a live person about my account and I can't find one anywhere. All I get if answering machines.
