Plastic Green Cable Box in my front yard

Theres a flimsy green box with some cables in my yard. I plan to concrete around this box to extend my driveway however I can’t drive over this box without breaking it. Cannot for the life of me get a technician out to my residence to replace it but instead have been getting the run around say they are coming and never do. I’m disconnected from chats and phone calls when I’m put on hold. Help please!

Any request to have a pedestal or other Comcast utility equipment would fall under our construction teams. We can submit a request on your behalf. Your property may have a utility easement, we recommend checking the title to your property first. Could you send us a peer-to-peer message with the following information so we can submit a ticket:

 

  • Your name
  • The affected address
  • Best contact phone number
  • Best contact email
  • Best time of contact

We'll take it from there.

 

To send a peer-to-peer message:

 

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon. Click this "Peer to peer chat" icon or follow  https://comca.st/3oeRSwm
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

Did you get this resolved? I am having the same problem only with an ugly rusted metal box. not sure why they put these at the end of parking spots

We need to have the plastic green cable box moved from the front of the yard. It is in the way of a neighborhood sidewalk being poured and further construction has ceased until someone from xfinity comes to move the box. We have called multiple times in the past 4 weeks and NEVER receive a returned call as promised. We get told a repair ticket is being written up and submitted but again NOTHING happens. Please help!!
