@XfinityChristy

Hello

I need an extender to get wifi to my pool equipment...is there one you know of that will do the trick? And is this a service you offer? Can a person come set it up?

Thank you

@user_y66y2r This is a great question. There are alot of variables that can come into play here with the connection and the distance. We can send a tech out to check things out and confirm if it can be done.

From our side of things we offer our xFi pods. I have one in my home as well. I have a link for you to take a closer look at pricing and the details https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/xfi-pod.

How many feet would you say your pool equipment is from your modem?

Comcast team did a job in my property [EDITED: Personal Information] the first week of March 2025. A worker told me:

1. Comcast will contact me as owner to get the permit to work in my property. I never received a call or notification.

2. They left garbage in the corner of the propertyof plants that were cutted (He said they will removed it).

3. The grass that was removed (He said, it will be replaced)

Please give me the tel No. to coordinate that the job will be done.

Thank you in advance for your kindly attention.

How does one talk to a human being at XFinity. The price increase is not acceptable and I'm considering a change if I can't talk to a human.

@user_zypmzn I'm with you. Seems like we can no longer talk to real people anymore, anywhere! My husband, 78, is not good at all with computers. I have to do everything when it comes to them. I don't know what he would do if I weren't around. I'm sure there are many people like him. Wonder what people do when they don't have someone to help them or do it for them?

Xfinity is a joke!!!!  I can't reach a live agent.  My bill was jacked up from $25 monthly, internet only to $95 monthly internet only and I can't reach a [Edited: Language] person to understand why.  They leave me no chance but to cancel

@user_qxih7h  I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're experiencing with your TV box.  I am here to help resolve your concerns.

When did this start?

Do you have any splitters connected to that box?

Have you checked to confirm the connections on the back of the box and your TV are both finger tight and secure?

I am trying to figure out options I can afford. I am retired and on a fixed income and can no longer afford $350+ per month for Internet and TV. I am considering just getting Internet services from Xfinity, however every time I look on-line for options the price changes. I am looking at the 600Mbps service and I have printed from your web site that it would cost $45 per month, $55 per month and now $70 per month over the period of 2 weeks. So, what I need to know is if I cancel TV and phone and switch to 600 Mbps Internet, what would it cost?
