 Comcast team did a job in my property [EDITED: Personal Information] the first week of March 2025. A worker told me:

1. Comcast will contact me as owner to get the permit to work in my property. I never received a call or notification.

2. They left garbage in the corner of the propertyof plants that were cutted (He said they will removed it).

3. The grass that was removed (He said, it will be replaced)

Please give me the tel No. to coordinate that the job will be done.

How does one talk to a human being at XFinity. The price increase is not acceptable and I'm considering a change if I can't talk to a human.
