NOW Mobile service
Hello, I recently changed from Xfinity Internet, broadcast, home phone, and cell service. I read about a new Xfinity service named NOW. I canceled my Xfinity services with and effective date and joined NOW Internet 200 service at $45/mo. I love it !
My issue is how do I get NOW Cell service? I want to move my line from Xfinity to NOW. My store tells me that can't service me, the self service is all on-line, go there for help. The Xfinity app blows up whenever I get into NOW cellular, the message says 'Failed to load' my services.
Last week I spent hours chasing down for assistant chatting with L1 and L2 support staffs. Every opening chat states Hello, I'm expert and will get to your problem, and apologize for the problem. Then they go away and the chat ends. Someone different comes back and states he has to re-read what the other person went to do, and the cycle goes on and on like this.
I believe I saw that NOW has a promotion to buy a new phone and bring over your old number and get some cash. As well, they offer to buy back my old phone and get cash. How can I break these obstacles and move to NOW Mobile?

How long have you had your current Xfinity Mobile services? You will need to have had your Xfinity Mobile account for at least 60 days in order to downgrade to NOW Mobile.
