How do I get help with email?

Comcast is not delivering legitimate important email messages to me at my comcast email addresses.  Emails for things like 2 factor authentication.  I am looking at my comcast email on the xfinity website, there is no 3rd party email client causing a problem.  I have spam filtering turned off.  Comcast is still not delivering messages - comcast is blocking them or just [Edited: "Profanity"] canning them.  But they are important messages and this is a big problem.   How do I get help with this?  I have called and spoken to people but nothing has ever happened from there.  How do I get real help with this problem?

With that being said, thanks for sharing some of the troubleshooting steps you have tried. Have you attempted to email any of the sources that you are having trouble receiving those emails from? 

By following the steps listed in the Add or edit contacts in the Xfinity Address Book article you can also add those addresses to your contact list which can also help when having trouble receiving emails.

@XfinityJustinM​ I can’t email the places I am having the most trouble with and I don’t know the email addresses they are coming from because this times I am sure this is happening is when they are emails for two factor verification so I can log in to my accounts of websites. The most recent one - incredibly important and I don’t know what to do now - was last week  - I tried to renew my Georgia Driver’s License online. To do that I had to creat an account with the Georgia Online Services department. I went through everything with them just fine, including verifying my identify using the camera on my phone.  It was all going well until the last step - confirm my email. I gave them [Edited: Personal Information], but I never received their verification email.  So I have to figure out how to renew my license some way other than online because Comcast didn’t deliver their verification email.  This seems crazy - I get all kinds of spam but legitimate emails from a government agency was rejected and I wasn’t even told about it. This is a big problem. Thank you for your help, Susan

Hey @NasusN, Thank you very much for the information. Have you had a chance to visit our Customer Security Assurance web portal to view some Postmaster FAQs with issues receiving/sending emails? I would highly recommend visiting here and submitting a reported issue if you are experiencing issues receiving specific emails from certain providers.
