Is Xfinity pharming out customer support?  Email below.  Is this legit.  I searched for Xfinity and Medallia and found references that Cox uses this company for customer service.

I found urls to the domain with comcast in the URL path.  Not going to paste those here.  Search I used "xfinity medallia comcast support".

I found this in the forum: Email | Xfinity Community Forum

Submitted this email and asked if it was legit.

Hello, @kahnfewzd. I appreciate you sharing your experience you've been having with the app. I'm glad it's finally working properly. I'm personally not familiar with this support/feedback team. You're more than welcome to forward this to our Customer Security Assurance Team to confirm. Please visit this link to visit this support page https://comca.st/3xBFFIp;

Also, I received follow-up emails from an address that ends in "@comcast.com" that resolves to "ComcastCare, ComcastCare".   So I am hoping it is legit.

Many years ago there was an email we could use for support.  Wonder if this is a new one?

I wish the company would make us aware of REAL support contacts.

It seems to be a general mailbox as a few different people have chimed in with my correspondence.

With this "edited" reply.  I removed particulars of our discussion:

Dear Mr. X,

Thank you for reaching out to the Office of Tom Karinshak. My name is ZZ and I will be assisting you today.

.. .. .. .. ..

If there is anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for choosing Xfinity. Have a great day.

Sincerely,

ZZ

The Office of Tom Karinshak

I believe the email and possible call originated from a message I sent thru a special link I was supplied from the Xfinity FB page when I sent a message: Xfinity | Facebook

Any legit Xfinity/Comcast employee...can you simply confirm if this is a legit person from Xfinity/Comcast reaching out?  A simple yes or no will suffice.

Hello, @Dafreakzo! Thank you for contacting us on the forums. I must say, I'm not entirely familiar with the Medallia domain that the email belongs to, but you can reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team at the following link, https://comca.st/3Wg2b3U, and they will be able to let you know if that is a legitimate email. Let us know if you have any problems/questions with the link!

No worries!  We are always glad to take a closer look at your overall service.  In reference to the email you received, prior to receiving the email, if you made any complaint about your service, that very well could be one of my cohorts.  No worries!  We are glad to take a look at your overall services and see what the issue was.  Can you tell me if you were having any issues with any other sites other than the one you were attempting to access?

@XfinityArmand No issue with any other website.  Would be great if we took this to the actual thread to discuss as all of the info is documented there :)

Also received this email. Called xfinity security support and they were no help. All she told me was that she didnt know and that There was no one else there i could talk to. Was this a legitimate response to my feedback at comcast or is this a scam. Did someone at comcast give my or use my info once they left the “xfinity” office. I have many questions and concerns that are currently going unanswered.
