How do I respond to this email? It was sent to my personal, non comcast, email. I tried to reply but I keep getting a message that it can't be delivered.

Hi there, hypnos611. Great question and thank you for posting here in the community! Are you able to see the email address it was sent from and does it look like a valid Comcast domain, such as @Comcast.com?
