Hello user_h5kpmg, thank you for reaching out. We appreciate you and your time.
To reset your Wi-Fi password using the Xfinity Wi-Fi Gateway Admin Tool, follow these steps: Connect to your gateway via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Log in to the Admin Tool at http://10.0.0.1. Navigate to the Wi-Fi settings. Check the box next to **Show Network Password** to view your current password. Enter a new password in the **Network Password** field. Click **SAVE SETTINGS** to apply the changes.
If you can't access the Admin Tool, you can factory reset the gateway by pressing and holding the **Reset** button for 30 seconds.
