California Lifeline Broadband Pilot
I have both Mobile and Internet plans with Xfinity,
I am eligible for the program, under which I get $30 credit for the combination. I know I get a discount for my Internet plan, but AFAIK I am not in tn the program.
I would appreciate it if a support person here checks and lets me know my status and if I am due more credit.

There is nothing to speculate about.
1. You need to check my account and see if I am in program or not.
2. If not, you need to confirm that if I enroll I will get $30 off of what I pay now.
3. Then I will decide whether to apply or not.
If you can't or won't I will escalate.
