Activate Peacock!!

I'm a Diamond customer and was offered free Peacock but I can’t activate because I'm receiving a message my account is ineligible....Why??? What's going on??

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues activating your Feww Peacock Reward, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about this error message? Are you seeing it when you click on the "Activate Now" button at https://www.xfinity.com/activate-peacock or is it happening when you get to https://www.peacocktv.com and try to log in or create an account?

It is happening on the xfinity app when I click on "activate now."

Same problem here. Xfinity say I'm subscribed, peacock says Im not subscribed. What's going on?
