Activate disney + hulu

I began services in February, with 1 gb of internet plus subscriptions of Peacock and Disney + Hulu. I received the activation emails for both Peacock and Disney + Hulu. When I followed the links to the my subscription tabs there was an activation button for Peacock but not one for Disney + Hulu. I activated and completed everything for Peacock. Returned back to my subscriptions from the activation email for Disney + Hulu and the activation button was still not there.

I called into customer service and was told because it was still a new service was that I needed to wait until the end of the next month for them to work out all the kinks. However, to keep trying through the month to see if it showed up. So did that through March and at the end of the month when it wasn't there. I called in again. Was emailed the link again. Still did not show. We tried through text still the same.

Fast forward to this morning, I have called customer support 1-3 days a week or chatted with customer service to resolve the issue. It is still not resolved even after talking with a supervisor this morning that offered to get a hold of his friend at Disney to email me a log in for a free account.

At this point Im almost ready to cancel my services.

Same problem. Was told with my 1 gb of internet I would get Peacock, Disney Plus and Hulu. Got Peacock but no Disney Plus and Hulu. Haven't felt like spending another hour on the phone with their customer service so haven't yet complained.
