Access Denied: Cannot Pay my Internet Bill

Whenever I try to pay my bill for this month, the xfinity site just takes me to a white screen with the following message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://payments.xfinity.com/new" on this server.

[Edited: PII info]

How do I fix this issue? I've tried to pay the bill through the mobile app as well, but it just tells me that my billing information cannot be recovered at this time. My bill is due later this week, so I'd like to take care of it before it's too late.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Also keep in mind that Chrome is the best browser to use when accessing our websites.

I have the same problem. I use Chrome. I have cleared the cache and cookies. Same error. I am using Nord VPN. I have paused it but I still get the same error.

I have read many other postings. It seems like this is a common problem. Xfinity should be able fix the problem or explain what I need to do to fix it on my end.

We appreciate you providing the steps you've attempted to fix the issue. Are you running into the same issue when trying through the Xfinity app? Or any other devices?

Hey @user_cqcaci,

That is correct. It is not recommended to be connected to a VPN while attempting to do task such as making a payment. I appreciate you bringing this information up to be seen.

I need a customer service representative to connect with me and assist in getting me access to my billing account so that I can pay the amount owed.   Thank you.  Patty [Edited: "Personal Information"]
