Above ground cable box that blocks driveway
I have one of the main neighborhood green cable boxes on my property. However; this box blocks part of my driveway. I am trying to see the process of having it burried. I called and Comcast sent a technicians to which he said he would submit a ticket to esclate the issue this was over a month ago, I've heard no response. Who handles these isssues? Please let me know.

I also have the same problem as Dfhutchings. ComcastMorgan, I called in made a repair request. No one from Xfinity showed up.
