Why was Catchy Comedy and H&I removed?

I have Choice package which includes local channels.  However local channels are missing - message on the screen - "No Longer Available".  (Catchy Comedy and H&I)  worked on Tuesday and gone on Wednesday.

Reviewed the Programming Changes site -- I see changes for June and August.

June:  FanDuel Sports Southwest no longer available as of June 10 and NECN (no additional information)

August - Cartoon Network moving from Ultimate TV to the More Sports & Entertainment package on August 12

Were these channels posted under an earlier notice that is no longer available on the website?

Your tells me that FCC requires customers be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to their programming line up and that you will notify customers 60 days in advance.

Greetings @user_nsn3yb, thank you for doing as much due diligence as possible before joining the conversation here on the community forums. In some areas the Fox multicast channels Antenna TV, Catchy Comedy, Heros & Icons, and KBS were removed from the channel lineup. Notifications were sent out on your May billing statement, you can always find these updates towards the bottom of the bill statement. 

We understand that watching some of these channels was your favorite pass time. Please remember that you can always use the Xfinity voice remote and say things like "Classic TV or Catchy Comedy" to be directed to alternate avenues to enjoy your favorite shows. One could also say the name of a show in particular and the X1 box will provide you with options to continue to watch these items, often free with many streaming services.

I talked to 2 people at Xfinity today. They had no information. It's so frustrating. I watch Catchy daily.

Thank you for your response.  I have reviewed my April bill and see the information printed on the bill. 

Because I was looking for this information on the May bill (and on the programming changes website) I did call the phone member under the programming changes and customer service was not aware of this changed.  

Please update the scripts for customer support so they don’t continue to troubleshoot as if it is an issue with the equipment.

Sounds like we lost the channel permanently. Customer support did a tkt number not aware of Catchy Comedy no longer available. Our favorite channel!
