Why is the MSNBC CHANNEL NOT WORKING.

I’m getting a message that “This channel is temporally not working”. However NBC HD Channel is, why?

Msnbc has been off since 11am this morning. Have done system refresh. Still not on

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:



  • Click "Sign In" if necessary





  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon



  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there



  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list



  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line



  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window



  • Press Enter to send it

We have same issue with MSNBC.  Previously unplugging cable box resolved the issue but not this time.  Not available on multiple TVs/cable boxes - no error message rather channel is all

pixelated.

The absence of MSNBC is very puzzling! I tried to call Xfinity and the auto response system would not allow me to go to Customer Service even after two calls. This problem is not due to customers' home systems, but is for some other reason. Fox is still on! This needs to be fixed immediately by Xfinity or at least make public why MSNBC is missing.
