Unable to view Flowers in the Attic: Origins

Both the HD and the SD of Flowers in the Attic: Origins are in HD,  I do not have HD and am unable to view.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums! I apologize you are having issues viewing Flowers In The Attic: Origins. Have you tried doing a restart on your box to see if that helps with the SD and HD versions available?

@XfinityJeniece​ Since both HD and SD are actually HD, making them unable to view as I do not have an HD cable box.  What will restarting the cable box achieve. Comcast is the one who has the program listed incorrectly.

@raptyrred That's an excellent question. Restarting the cable box with pull a fresh signal into the equipment that will update any programs that needs it. You can either restart the TV box from the Xfinity My Account app or by unplugging the power for about 30 seconds.
