Unable to activate Peacock after moving

I'm getting an error that i have another xfinity account linked to peacock and i have no way to unlink it from my old address.  I get this error.  "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. "  How do I remove this link so I can active Peacock at my new address?

Hello, @Iguana775 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. With this being your first post on this platform, I understand if you're not familiar with Xfinity Forums guidelines. I definitely want to ensure you're able to utilize Peacock Premium after transferring service, and see you had mentioned not being able to unlink accounts. Have you by chance reviewed this helpful document to see if it is helfpul with unlinking accounts: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts ?

The problem is I no longer have access to my old account/address.  When I tried to select my old address, I got logged out and cant access it.   I've seen this issue mutiple times on this forum with moving and no longer being able to activate the Peacock promotion.
