I have the same unanswered question. The channel is listed in my program channels but when I try to access it I get the following message. Note I have tried all my channels and tested some I did not buy. This is the only Channel that has this message.
"Sorry, there seems to be a problem here" XRE 032121

If your local over the air channel is dropped by a carrier, it cannot continue to be carried by cable for now.

We have had this channel locally in Mpls/St.Paul area for many years "Over the air".
