Why isn't the Starz Channel available as part of my subscription? Why do I have to pay additionally for Starz?

Because that is the package of channels you have. You can add it.

I want to cancel Starz, I can't find away to do it! I went to Starz .com and they ask for your email address then tell me they have no record of that .
