NHL Center Ice “Program Info Unavailable “

Why are approx half the center ice channels displaying program info unavailable?

Yes, this has been going on for several days.  You are still able to watch the games (when you know that they are on), but are unable to DVR them.

Comcast/Xfinity needs to fix this issue.

I work nights so record games to watch when I get home.This issue needs to be resolved very quickly before I go postal

I am having the same problem as well.  For just one year I’d like to see center ice not have issues on XFINITY.   Every year there’s a problem .  

This should not be marked accepted solution because the problem still exists.  XFINITY needs to fix this.

Yes, Comcast / Xfinity, this is an ongoing issue with multiple customers having the same problem.

I have been on a DM/Chat on X/Twitter for 7 hours now trying to address this issue, and nothing that they are doing has helped.   SEVEN HOURS!

I spent more than an hour on the phone with Xfinity to no avail. In the end, the response was “nothing wrong with Xfinity. Problem is at the source broadcast (NHL Network).”

I tried to find a contact at the NHL Network without success.

Thank you so much for your patience! I did look into this in another tool and it seems that there is an incident ticket opened already. At this time there is not ETA on a resolution.

@XfinityRoberto​ For me, yes I can get the live feed if I know the game is on when the display is "Program Info Unavailable", but I am unable to record it.

@XfinityRoberto​ It would be great if this was fixed sooner rather than later.  This is a premium service that we are paying for.  For me, it was working fine up until about a week ago, then this happened.  Someone on the Xfinity end should be able to see what changed and fix it.  Thank you.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this is a known issue that a ticket was opened up for on the 13th  our engineer teams are looking into this to get this resolved as soon as possible, currently there's no Temporary solution

I don’t know the tech, buy I am wondering…because I can watch the broadcast live when I  know it is on but I cannot record it, perhaps Xfinity is receiving the feed from the source network as a streaming service that Xfinity is “broadcasting” to the end user.

I’m having the same issue as everyone else. Half of the channels that broadcast NHL Center Ice are displaying “Program Info Unavailable” and the DVR won’t record the games. It’s been more than a week since this issue began.  When are you going to solve this?
