NFL Network Programming No Longer Available.

Our agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any other related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

We know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

Better get the station back before the 2026 season starts or I will no longer subscribe to Xfinity. I have been a member since 1984 and will not hesitate to cancel my subscription.

I’ve been an Xfinity customer since 1992. It gives me no pleasure to leave a negative comment but here we are. This year, the NFL network will no longer be offered as an available channel on Xfinity or on a live stream through ESPN+. This is terribly disappointing. That was one of the channels that I consistently watched during the season. It seems that this was a failure in terms of the contract negotiations, which I honestly cannot understand why Xfinity was not able to negotiate properly and make the deal work. I’m very disappointed.

I worked with a Customer Service person today who was as helpful as possible. However, they were not aware of the contract negotiations failure, so they offered potential solutions which, of course did not provide a remedy. I asked the Customer Service person to escalate my comments and wanted to leave my comments here as well.

If they weren't aware what is going on they are an idiot. I don't think we will have NFL network or redzone this year.

How are the customers who pay extra for the sports package going to be compensated?

Hi, I was redirected by the Xfinity customer support to ESPN + To see the NFL network live broadcast.  ESPN+ has the NFL network on live streaming which is exactly what I would prefer to watch football on as I used to on in the past directly from Comcast/Xfinity. However, when select NFL NETWORK LIVE it says that it’s not Available in my area and to contact my cable provider for more information error code 10.

SO, WHAT DOES XFINITY NEED TO DO SO THAT I CAN WATCH THE NFL NETWORK ON ESPN+ ???

I do not care about who us at fault between Xfinity and the NFL - just make a deal and put Red Zone on air by Sept 13 - or face the cancellation wrath of thousands

So just to make you aware, Xfinity representatives; I attended a conference yesterday and over 500 people were in attendance. The majority of the conversation was regarding the NFL network on Xfinity and the lack of it. Almost every person mentioned the high cost of Xfinity and not getting what they’re paying for when it comes to NFL coverage. If you are doing any type of risk management or damage control, be aware that there are a lot of unhappy customers and a majority of them will be dropping there service if the NFL network on Xfinity continues to be unavailable.

so several months later, we still don’t have this service and we are still paying for it. Is this going to return anytime soon or do we need to start looking around for another cable company? Also, where is our credit for not having it since we are paying for it ??

Xfinity is going to have a lot of cancellations if you don't get the NFL Network / Redzone back before the season starts!! Myself and several of my friends will be switching over to DirecTV because they still have the NFL Network! Workout your little problems and get us our Network back before the season starts!!

The concern is not "Home Security Rules And Automations" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

You guys need to figure this out. You will lose hundreds of thousands of customers if you don't get a deal done before the 2026 NFL season starts. I might be one of those customers. I understand that Disney/ESPN own the NLF Network so why can't you just include this with the ESPN channels? Billionairs fighting over dollars when the avarge person can barely afford your services as it is. It's a very sad time we live in.

I feel like we're getting the same repetitive response. We understand that you're working to get the stations back, but why has there been no compensation to the customer in the interim. I'm paying $240/ month for cable and internet and the main station that I watch has been unavailable for months. Figure out a way to compensate your customer while you try to resolve with ESPN.
