April fools day is April 1st, not May 1st.

How do I find out if I'm under contract?  I will be cancelling all Xfinity services immediately!

So, because I pay you extra for the sports tier and you now cannot access the NFL Network or NFL RedZone, should I expect a discount for that package? Or should I maybe think about getting some other cable provider?

I am sure I'm not the only person who pays for that package.... Fix it or I will shop around for a different TV service.

I subscribe to the sports package for the access to the NFL programming. (Also for MLB, NHL, and NBA.) This has angered the NFL Fans who have your services.

NFL NETWORK WAS THE ONLY REASON WE KEPT X-FINITY!

WHEN DO YOU PLAN TO RESTORE IT/REACH A DEAL WITH NFL?

IF NOT, I'M SWITCHING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER, FOR SURE -- ALONG WITH MY TWO OTHER BEST FRIENDS (WE ALL ADD REDZONE DURING THE SEASON, TOO).

Xfinity you should be ashamed of yourselves! How do you not inform your customers of two of the most popular channels going away?[Edited: "Inflammatory"]! I guess I have to bail on you guys too!

You continue to raise prices while eliminating channels and services. Bring back the NFL Network or expect a massive loss to your customer base. Plenty of available options out there. I’ve already scheduled an appointment with one of your largest competitors. The NFL is the most popular sport in the country. Why would you want to alienate so many people? You should be willing to break even or take a loss of it means keeping all of us that will absolutely leave if you don’t bring these channels back.

This is unacceptable. I've been considering cutting the cable for some time. This will be last straw. What kind of discount should I be expecting in the mean time?

Is the NFL Network no longer available? I pay for a premium cable package just to get the NFL Network.

Agreed! If xfinity can’t offer the channels I want, then I don’t really need to keep xfinity.

The fact of the matter is [Edited: "Inflammatory"] the content providers is what drives our cable bills up. Xfinity is trying to negotiate for a more reasonable price. If they just accept the NFLs demands then we pay more.

There is no organization more [Edited: "Inflammatory"] than the NFL. Good for Xfinity for standing up to them.

All your home team games will be in your local broadcast networks as usual.

Xfinity shill. Less replying to upset customers with the it’s not us it’s them [Edited: "Language"] and more action to getting the network back

Hi @10909090,

Thank you for taking the time to visit and view our official Xfinity Community Support Forum. We would be more than happy to assist with the picture quality issue you are experiencing with the NFL Network. We do not have record of any issues with that specific channel and video feed. With the pixelation and tiling, could you please check to ensure all cables are connected tightly as well as in good condition such as no hard bends, kinks, bite marks, or cuts that could interfere with the signal reaching the set-top box? We hope to hear from you soon.

I’m really hoping Xfinity figures this out quickly and gets NFL Network back on. One of the reasons I have Xfinity is for NFL Network, so without it, I’m going to consider getting rid of cable.
