Insp not working

I had an agent add insp to my channels AND IT DOESN'T WORK!! SICKENING HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO SPEAK WITH AN AGENT!!

I have added the more sports package just for this INSP channel and and still to date xfinity can not get it to work but they instantly charged my account - its a week later - it still does not work -they obviously do not know what they are doing and should not be charging for a channel that is free.  spent severak hours on the phone and no one knows  how to fix it and then promised calls back and still NOTHING.
