Imagicomm Communications Programming Agreement Reached

We’ve reached an agreement with Imagicomm Communications to continue carry its programming and, at this time, all content has been restored. FOX 28 in Spokane, WA and FOX 13 in Memphis, TN and all affiliated channels and On Demand programming are available through Xfinity once again. We know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello, @user_94db39 and all other impacted customer! We pay programmers in order to bring you the entertainment you love, and our agreements with programmers expire from time to time. We have successfully negotiated thousands of agreements with programmers and reached agreements in almost every instance. We continue to work to bring this programming back, but only with fair terms and conditions that make sense for our customers.

I've been on the verge of cutting the cord and saving the ridiculous amount of money we pay every month and I think this is the final straw.  Why am I paying $200+ a month (with no movie channels) to a company that I despise? Good ol greedy corporate USA at it's best.

It’s extremely frustrating to pay lots of $$$ for a cable service and not have access stations. We are avid, sports, and football fans, and for this contract to expire in the fall is extremely inconvenient. We are seriously considering ending our agreement with Xfinity if this is not resolved in a reasonable time frame.

Absolutely reprehensible that fox channel is unavailable the weekend football starts. I wish for another cable service besides xfinity

We have successfully negotiated thousands of agreements with programmers and reached agreements in almost every instance. However, we have made a number of reasonable offers that Imagicomm Communications has not accepted. As a result, we are prevented from making this content available through Xfinity and Comcast Business, including related TV Go channels and On Demand. We continue to work to keep this programming, but only with fair terms and conditions that make sense for our customers. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Not only did Comcast/Xfinity cancel the Fox channel but they increased my monthly subscription by $5.00??? [Edited: "Language"]??? I’m thinking of canceling Comcast/Xfinity after being a loyal customer for over 20 years! I’m also tired of Comcast/Xfinity’s customer service support being out sourced to other countries!

Shouldn’t we get a discount now if this channel apparently costs so much?

I have encountered the same issues with their so called “customer service” which is outsourced to other countries typically Asia to which I have had difficulty with getting any of my issues resolved.
