Comcast pays programmers to bring customers the entertainment, information, and sports they want. Comcast works to negotiate fair terms to ensure the greatest value for customers given all the ways content can be accessed today. So far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work towards making this programming available again with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers.

We have been Comcast/Xfinity customers since the start of service in the Chicagoland area. We have had all the services you offer and currently are Xfinity exclusive customers. We are appalled at the fact that you have dropped the NFL Network and Red Zone and have not given credits/reduced the bill or even informed us. This is criminal and I am calling the Attorney General as well as the local TV stations and press. Who do you think you are treating lifetime customers like [Edited: "Language and Political"] We have had enough.

Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be inconvenient. Thank you for understanding. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

"Changes to you TV lineup can be inconvenient"...  What adjective would you use for charging people for services you are NOT providing... I'll choose a few; unlawful, unfair, greedy, WRONG, STEALING... do any of those fit?!?!?

As a longtime customer (1970th) this is not acceptable, first the SF Giants/As went pay to view, now the NFL is gone, the only thing that went up is my monthly subscription. $340. I agree with many viewers, you get these channels back, reduce the subscription cost or many of us will look elsewhere. Good luck of getting the channel (NFL) back Disney, that will never happen. I was just on a chat thread with an agent, and they said, "We will be credited AFTER the services are returned".  WHAT?  So Comcast is saying, "Please pay for it while we are not providing the 'paid for' services"... That's [Edited: "Language"], they are just prolonging this so when it is back, IF it comes back, we will forget about the credit.

This is not the way it works... we pay for a service.  If you are not providing said service, issue credits.  Now I have to sit on a 20 min automated call until I can actually get a voice on the phone.  So frustrating!  Do better Comcast (Xfinity)...  In the world of streaming, you'd think they being doing whatever they can to keep customers.

Good luck to all!
