ESPN Unlimited NOT WORKING

I have a package with ESPN included, and as a result, I activated ESPN UNLIMITED back in March. I had no issue watching ESPN Unlimited content such as WWE Events. Today, I try to watch WWE clash in Italy and the ESPN APP tells me I have to link to my TV provider. I follow the instructions on the ESPN app and I visit https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and it says that ESPN Unlimited is activated but it still does not work on the ESPN APP. 

I have tried uninstalling apps, I've tried it on my Samsung Galaxy S26, my laptop and my Roku TV but it just doesn't work. I was on chat support for over an hour and customer service ended the chat. Next, I get an agent who tells me you guys don't offer ESPN UNLIMITED, which is a lie. I decided to call customer service and the woman hung up on me. I AM BEYOND [Edited: "Language"]!

I missed the entire show and I still can't access ESPN

Hey @XfinityDemitrius .

The exact same as the post at the top of this post. If you would read the posts you would already know what was tried and the processes that was tried. And everything that is listed for troubleshooting on all fourms, all xfinity chat, all xfinity phone calls, all google posts. ALL troubleshooting does not work to fix this issue. If it did we wouldn't be posting for a fix. NOT a user error. This is a xfinity espn login problem that needs to be fixed on the xfinity or espn side.

Zod2424 Thank you for the additional details. Since you are outside the U.S. you may need a VPN to connect the App to. Do you by chance have a VPN you are using already?

@XfinityKassie  I am not outside the u.s. lol where are you getting your info from. [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"] FYI people living outside the us don't need espn unlimited due to wwe ppv being on netflix. Do your research before posting on here. We don't need you reading off your troubleshooting notepad.
