Disney+ not working with new box

I was given a new box and router last week and Disney+ will not loaf anymore. I get a message that I need to upgrade equipment. But I just got this new box so this doesn’t make sense.

Hi there @Cloakes! I am sorry to hear that you are unable to access Disney+ after swapping out your cable box. We definitely want to make sure that you have the right equipment for the premium channel. This link helps identify which boxes are compatible with the channel: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/disney-plus-on-x1-flex. Are you able to confirm the cable box model that you currently have?

I have the same issue and have confirmed I have a compatible box (XG2v2). What gives??
