Hey @Stev3 , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding the Braves Vision. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. The channel would be located on 1254, do you receive a message when navigating to that channel?
You may need to upgrade your cable package. Have you looked at the programming you would like for your TV services? If not the link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup can be helpful in deciding the cable package you would be most interested in @user_g7ie6n

I already have a subscription to BravesVision through MLB.com. Now to watch it on Channel 1264 I have to pay to upgrade my package? That was not how BravesVision was marketed.
I understand that wanting to keep up with your team in the simplest way possible is important for you, it has been a pretty crazy few years with all the changes going on with viewing options for this particular league. I think the confusion may stem from the fact that Braves.tv through mlb.com is different from Bravesvision. As listed on the How to Watch the Braves in 2026 FAQ, Braves.TV is a service that streams Braves games airing on BravesVision and is accessible through the MLB app. While BravesVision is available on numerous cable, satellite, and streaming services. At this time it is not possible to view Braves.TV via the X1 platform.

Hi @user_ms1w60, we can certainly help you keep up with your team! Just send our team a direct message wit your full name and service address to get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: Click "Sign In" if necessary Click the "Direct Messaging" icon Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it.

I'm subscribed to Braves vision seasonal package, and I have Xfinity, and I do have channel 1254. When I go there, a message pops up that says I need a subscription to watch it. How do I fix that?
