Xfinity agent added a phone plan and charged my card on file without my consent
I was chatting with an online agent to lower my internet bill. He sold me a phone bundle to apply the discount credit, which he failed and told me to call in.
After I called to apply the discount, the loyalty team agent charged me for an even more expensive phone without my consent, now I end up getting 2 phones sending to me.
This is absolutely fraud and lies. I need these 2 phones returned and my money back!

I had something similar happend and have been trying for months to get it fixed. After calling about my cable services, I was told there was a free iPhone promotion. I told the Xfinity assistant that I did not need a phone nor a mobile service. The person said it was just a free phone. I said I do not want to eventually have to pay additional Xfinity charges. The person insisted I would not ever be charged. The phone was sent to me and then a month later, an Xfinity Mobile account was set up without my consent and I started being charged. I was able to get the service disconnected, but now months later I am being charged for the phone itself. I have talked to many people at Xfinity Mobile trying to return the phone to get the charges to stop. They tell me it is too late to return the phone and I will keep being charged until the phone is paid for. The phone that I neither wanted nor asked for.

Same here I was charged for a like I phone 14 pro max no consent I was talking to an agent got disconnected and card was charged. Can't get a refund till I have the phone

same thing happened to me! Fixed my internet bill and they created a mobile account without my consent. The only reason I found out its because the phones arrived to my house and the charges. Xfinity, this is unacceptable!!!

Wow. I’m in a similar situation. Xfinity reinstated my old account without my consent. I have been double-charged for two accounts under the same name/household, same service (internet), same address for OVER 8 MONTHS, and when I have reached out to them more than once to no resolution. They would not terminate the pseudo account they reactivated without my consent and refused to refund me over $600z This is bizarre!!

Same has happened to me recently they charged me for a phone I never requested or even seen in my hand n or mail box 514.09 and continues still to give me a a run around as to when my account will receive the money they stole from my bank account and repeatedly tells me to have patience when you ruin my kids Christmas n your stealing out of accounts I have a bit of a problem to have patience when my account is paid in full for my internet n mobile device they also take way over the amount which is due and don't even take it out when there supposed to which leaves paying customers short handed n never resolve the problems I don't know what kinda scammed company this is but it's unfairly taken care of poor customer service how would they like to be in my shoes with over drafts etc they need a major lawsuit for stealing money screams taken money that is not there's
