Peacock subscription
My package includes peacock premium and yet when I logged in using the same email as goes with my Xfinity account it required me to pay $10.99 and set up a monthly account. How can this be addressed to be included in that cost?

Hey there, user_e2d3b7! Thanks for reaching out to us this wonderful evening. I know it's super exciting to start watching your free Peacock premium included from your offer, and I am sorry to hear you ran into a pit stop while trying to redeem your free subscription. Not to worry, you have reached the right team to help you set up your Peacock account! To activate your free Peacock Premium subscription, you must complete the activation process through Xfinity first. If you already paid for a new Peacock subscription, you will need to cancel it from Peacock to be able to proceed with redeeming your free subscription. Please follow these steps below afterward.
-Start at the Xfinity website. Do not go directly to Peacock. Open a web browser and visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock. You can also try going through the Xfinity Assistant by visiting xfinity.com/xfinityassistant and looking for the "Activate Now" banner for Peacock.
-Sign in to Xfinity. Log in using your primary Xfinity ID and password. Using a different email address will prevent the system from recognizing your eligibility.
-Activate Peacock. Select the "Activate Peacock" button. This will redirect you to the Peacock website to complete the process.
-Complete Peacock account setup. Enter the email address and password you want to use for your Peacock account. You can use your existing Peacock credentials if you have them. If not, follow the prompts to create a new account.
Confirm activation.
-You should see a confirmation message, and you can begin watching Peacock Premium at no extra cost. 🤩
Let me know if you have any additional questions, as we are always happy to help!

This issue is still happening. I'm supposed to get Peacock Premium with my gig internet, and on the subscriptions page it tells me that Peacock Premium is included but then wants me to pay $10.99 a month to "upgrade" to it. When I try and activate it using Xfinity's activations page, it tells me that my account isn't eligible. I spent an hour and eleven minutes with someone on the phone from Xfinity who was oblivious about how to handle it, instead trying to reset my modem and push the issue of offering a free mobile line. He "escalated" the issue, but there was no resolution.
