Late Fee - New Customer - On Autopay
So I'm on Autopay - New Customer as of Nov 2020, supposed to get $10.00 credit for being on Autopay/Ecobill, instead get charged $10.00 late fee because Xfinity didn't process my auto-payment. Eat Me.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.
We have credited the late fee in full plus we have provided the next two months of the discount ahead of it automatically kicking in. Apologies again and thanks for your patience.
Looks like the account was put on autopay on 12/13 and the bill was generated ion 12/14; that wasn't enough time for that to process and thus the late fee was generated.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
