Internet Data Caps
So I learned today from my local news website which cause me to log into my account today that customers who do not have unlimited internet data will start being charged $10 per overage after Jan.,Feb., and March, if I am reading that correctly. And in order to avoid the overage in the future, you have to sign up for unlimited data with the extra tb or whatever which is more money, more equipment to pay a rental fee on which I refuse to do as my own stuff works just fine. I PAY ENOUGH! That is so wrong on so many levels. This is 2021 not the 1999/early 2000s back when you sent or recieved a text message you were charged 10 cents per message because there was no such thing as unlimited messaging back then. There should not even be cap on data usage in this day and age, especially currently as most people are working and schooling from home. Paying a straight flat rate for it without all these complicated packages is more reasonable, oh I forgot, reasonable and doing right by the customer is not in the comcast vocab. Really at the end of my rope with this company and tired of hearing about these sneak tactics from other sources and no kind of direct heads up from comcast. I really hope the AG where I live really does investigate potential price gouging.

Thanks for your feedback. It has been received and shared.
I don't see any data overage charges on your account and I don't see that your account has used anywhere near 1.2 TB usage a month over the past 12 months. Only customers that go over the 1.2 TB usage per month would be subject to additional charges.
