Are you asking how to change you available band to only be 2.4? Do you have xFi pods (I do). And trying to see if I can do this. I found this post that if you ahve pods you can;t make any changes 😞https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Xfinity-xFi/Router-Channel-Settings/td-p/3173478
