@CCAndrew

I am also having extreme pixelation on the ESPN channels, TNT channel and others.  The box tells me the wifi signal could be stronger.  We've moved the router to within 7 feet of the cable box but it hasn't changed the poor quality of the signal.  Comcast has replaced the box, but that hasn't solved the fact that many channels get so glitchy and pixelated they become unwatchable.  It's very frustrating considering how much I am paying for the service.

Hello @AE8995, thanks for reaching out to our Forums! I can imagine how frustrating and inconvenient this pixelation is, and I apologize that you are experiencing this. I definitely want to further look into this and get someone scheduled out if needed, in order to get it fixed as soon as possible. To get started, can you please send me a private message including the full name as it appears on the account and your full name if different?

I'm getting pixelation on only the Weather Channel and TCM.  Months went by and I've had good tv but now pixelation so bad you can barely watch it.  What ticsk me off is they charged us extra for another tier to get TCM.  I've got most of the movies on DVD anyway.  More of hassle to pop in DVDs but at least I can watch a movie at any time and no pixelation.  I've changed out the line from the wall to the tv, too.  That did nothing.  My neighbor says just go to the antenna.  I am thinking it because it is less frustration.  An antenna just works.  Anything else I can stream with less frustration.
