X1 TV box selecting wifi network

I have an extended network and wish to select which of the available networks my kitchen TV box selects. How do I access that selection?

unless the one you want to use has a unique (in your home) SSID and you select that unique SSID the set top box automatically moves from one access point to another on the network as needed to keep best signal level.

I have much the same situation.  Whenever Comcast service disrupts (and then returns), my tv fails since my xi6 box can never “re-find” my home network.  On initial setup it could not find my network either, so I had to manually select my home network.  If I could use the remote to get to manual re-selection of my network, all would be well.  Alternatively, I will have to disconnect the box and then start the initial installation over again to arrive at the step where I can manually select my home network.  Any way that I can use the remote to find a path to manual selection of my network?
