TV Remote
Need to order a voice remote. My is broken - plan and simple order of a remote. I have been looking everywhere on the site, tried to chat, and nothing. Just let me order a stinkin new remote - should not be this hard.

comcast opened many more of the neighborhood stores on May 18th. that is fastest way. ours lets you in or get door service. Be sure to know if you want an xr11/xr15 or don't care which you get. (both voice remotes)
