I have a Pace XG2V1 Box and it appears that I will not be able to get Spotify. How can I upgrade to the XG1v4 box? I have two of the Pace boxes which I would like to replace, including the very old remotes that came with them in 2012. Is there a way I can exchange these without having to go to the Comcast store during this pandemic?

all XG2 will get this and future updates. only the rng150 and xg1v1 (oldest DVR with only 5 tuners) can't add new internet features. your XG2 has 3 tuners to loan out to current/future xi3/xiD set top boxes.

I'm sorry. I made a mistake in my post. The X1 box I have is a Pace XG1-A (these are the letters on the front of the box). Will this box be able to get the Spotify app? The box has received all other apps that has come out. Hulu, Prime Video, Netflix, etc.

can't tell from that but do voice command 'about'. reply with the rest of the line to the right of "STB Version".
