I recently got everything 4k compatible and everythingn was working fine. Last night I changed from 4k to 4k UHD and now I cant get a signal anymore. I reset via xfinity application and also unplugged for over a 1min and replugged it in and still cant get signal from it. What else can i do? Do I need a new box now? how do I get it back to 1080p or 4k to get it work again?
